Salary: £57,240 - £64,610 per annum inclusive of all allowances. Plus an additional Market Forces Supplement
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week

The Investment Property Group is responsible for managing the City of London Corporation’s high performing commercial property funds. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RICS qualified individual to lead and support restructures of headleases and development related projects the Corporation is undertaking across its portfolio.

The individual will be responsible for:

 

  • Assisting the Assistant Director and Senior Principal Surveyor in the delivery of headlease restructures, direct developments /refurbishments and joint ventures in respect of commercial properties held for investment purposes within the City’s Estate, City Fund and City Bridge Foundation portfolios, in addition to assisting Project Directors in the delivery of the City’s Major Projects Programme.

 

  • Achieving the aim of maximizing income, value and performance, meeting departmental targets, corporate objectives and strategic aims.
