About the Role

 

You’ll be a key part of our dynamic Reward and Benefits team, supporting the coordination and delivery of a range of reward initiatives, policies, and projects. This is a hands-on and varied role where your work will directly influence employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

 

This is a role in which you can develop a strong foundation in reward management from coordinating job evaluation panels and supporting reward casework; to managing supplier relationships; supporting the release of new benefits and updating benefits communications, your work will ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our employee offer and reward strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support HR reward projects through data gathering, research, and reporting.
  • Maintain and improve communications around our employee benefits, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
  • Organise and administer reward processes (including: job evaluation panels, including documenting grading decisions).
  • Collaborate across departments and with external providers to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Maintain project data and dashboards, support briefings and governance.
  • Monitor HR mailboxes and respond to queries in a timely, professional manner.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience working in an HR environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HR systems/databases.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and job design principles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, and handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
