Salary: £47,620 - £53,310 per annum inclusive of all allowances
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Basis: Fixed term/Secondment contract until 31st January 2027

About you
CIPD-qualified (or equivalent experience) you thrive on collaboration and want to help drive lasting social impact. You will be experienced in influencing outcomes and delivering HR and Organisational Development activities that align to organisational goals, providing quality HR support to managers on a range of employment matters, including workforce and succession planning and organisational change.
You will have an inclusive and flexible working approach with experience of using workforce data to inform management action and improvements. Your knowledge of HR policy development and legal requirements together with your ability to build good relationships and provide clear and consistent advice will enable you to support our managers effectively to achieve organisational goals.
