Salary:  Post 1 (28 hours) - £30,586 - £33,747 Post 2 (24 hours) - £23,609 - £25,993 (Actual salary inclusive of all allowances)
Contractual Hours: 2x posts available at 28 hours per week and 24 hours per week 
Basis: Permanent

The Environment Department is the largest department in the City of London Corporation with 850 staff, working in 25 locations providing key front-line services to the City and beyond.    

  

We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking persons to fill the post of Night Weighbridge Attendant.  

  

The successful candidates will be educated to GCSE level (including passes in Mathematics and English, or equivalent) or have significant and demonstrable experience of working at a similar level, and have a good telephone manner, proven administrative ability and computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite. Previous weighbridge experience would be advantageous.  

  

The position requires independent working and the ability to undertake work without unnecessary supervision.  In addition, the candidate will be expected to carry out general administrative duties and process out of hours noise complaints.
