We are seeking to create a small pool of Voice tutors who can deliver part of our bespoke Speech System training. Our training is highly regarded in the industry for the passion, quality and rigour of the teaching: renowned for the combined focus on craft training, care and attention to individual student development, and the strong ensemble ethic shared by staff and students. It is a significant time to be joining the Drama Department at Guildhall, with plans over the coming years for further new programmes and cross-School initiatives, all of which will share the Department’s commitment to inclusivity, representation and progressive practice.

The role holder will be responsible for delivering teaching and coaching of a range of Speech Systems, relevant to a diverse year group. This is likely to be in small groups and in relation to the composition of students in a year group.

It’s important that you understand the requirements before applying to ensure you are able to meet them. We are committed to considering requests to work flexibly and job share. Requests will be considered by the recruiting manager in line with our policies and business needs.

For more information on our categories for workplace attendance, please view our guide here.  We will be reviewing this policy and approach at regular intervals to ensure we’re meeting our attendance needs.
