Salary:£37,467- £41,322 per annum inclusive of all allowances.

Tower Bridge, the most famous Bridge in the World, is a working bascule bridge, leading events venue, and popular tourist attraction. The attraction receives circa 800,000 visitors a year and the Bridge event spaces facilitate corporate and private events. The Monument, which commemorates the Great Fire of London, is a visitor attraction also managed by Tower Bridge and the City of London.

We are inviting applications for a position within our security team, whose role is to provide a professional, pro-active, and responsive security service for the protection of Tower Bridge through dedicated CCTV surveillance and regular internal/ external patrols of all areas. The role also includes loading bay/ banksman duties, respond to incidents, suspicious packages, bomb threats and emergency evacuations as well as operation/monitoring of fire and intruder alarm systems and door access control.

Experience of providing security in a tourist attraction or similar customer orientated environment is essential. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent customer care, communication, and IT skills.

The hours of work are 07:00 - 19:00 days/ 19:00 - 07:00 nights, with a working pattern of 4 shifts on then 4 days off and you will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays which is reflected in the salary and leave allowance.

Please note the successful candidate will be required to satisfy pre-employment screening checks and pass SIA Licence requirements.
