Salary: £66,190 - £75,010 per annum inclusive of all allowances, Plus Market Force Supplement in addition. 
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week

The Investment Property Group is responsible for managing the City of London Corporation’s high performing commercial property funds. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RICS qualified individual to lead and support in the asset management of the Corporation’s commercial property investment portfolios.

 

The individual will be responsible for:

 

  • Assisting the Assistant Director in the supervision, co-ordination and management of all aspects of part of the Real Estate Investment Strategy targets, corporate objectives, and strategic aims.
  • To be responsible for the management of staff, including appraisals, and learning and development.
  • The position involves the asset management of commercial properties held by the City for investment purposes comprising multi-let and single tenanted offices, retail premises and ground leased assets located within Central London.
