About the role
We are recruiting for our High Growth Markets team, covering our priority markets:
- High Growth Markets: India, China, Gulf, Indonesia/ASEAN
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement strategies: Create and execute market strategies and country plans to drive trade and investment outcomes.
- Engage and collaborate: Work with UK and international stakeholders, including government bodies and financial services companies, to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
- Lead trade missions: Plan and deliver inward and outward trade missions internationally, ensuring strategic outcomes and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Provide expertise: Offer market and sector knowledge, policy advice, and briefings for senior members and officers.
- Promote UK services: Enhance the reputation and performance of the UK's financial and professional services sector in key international markets.
Who we're looking for
You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship-builder with an understanding and interest in international trade and investment and/or Financial Professional Services (FPS). You may have experience in government, consultancy, international FPS business, or a sector body—and you’re excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of policy, markets, and strategy.
