Junior Guildhall welcomes applications for the role of Systems and Finance Manager. This exciting new role will take the lead in all aspects of finance within the team as well as policies and systems such as EEPOS, VT and CBIS. There will also be a creative apsect to role assisting the Head of Junior Guildhall and Head of Junior Music Courses with the creation of new courses and the sourcing of new premises and funding. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join a close knit team and help shape the direction of Junior Guildhall. The role direct reports to the Head of Junior Music Courses and works closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day to day administrative needs of the department. The role is Tuesday to Saturday during term time with extended hours on a Saturday. Monday to Friday outside of term time. TOIL is available.
This role requires a Disclosure & Barring Service check.
