Are you a digital design professional with a flair for innovation and a passion for enhancing learning through technology? We are seeking two talented Digital Design Coordinators to join our Learning and Organisational Development team on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2026.
This is a unique opportunity to work in one of London’s most historic institutions, using your digital and creative skills to shape, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions for our diverse workforce.
About the Role
As a Digital Design Coordinator, you will lead the creation and management of high-quality digital learning content, driving forward the City of London Corporation’s digital training offer. From developing interactive modules and managing our Learning Management System (SAP) to supporting face-to-face and virtual sessions, you’ll play a key role in enhancing how our employees learn and grow.
You will collaborate with departments across the organisation to assess training needs, produce multimedia learning resources, and support the delivery of key development programmes. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our wider Learning and Organisational Development and Talent Management strategies.
What You’ll Do

Design and deliver interactive digital learning materials across multiple platforms.

Manage digital projects and ensure timely rollout of new and mandatory training content.

Support SAP learning management site and intranet content, and act as a first point of contact for digital learning queries.

Analyse learning data and report on engagement, completion rates, and training effectiveness.

Evaluate digital learning outcomes to identify improvements and ensure return on investment.

Keep up to date with new learning technologies, tools, and trends.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

A degree or equivalent experience in videography, photography, digital design or related creative fields.

Microsoft certification or at least 2 years’ experience in a digital learning and development role.

Proven ability to produce high-quality digital content using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, and Creative Cloud.

Strong understanding of Learning & Organisational Development principles and digital learning methodologies.
-
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with SAP and confidence in supporting end users with learning systems.
Desirable Skills
-
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Dreamweaver, or other web design/editing tools.

Experience using AV equipment and producing multimedia content.
-
A creative, proactive approach to problem-solving and content innovation.
