Our goal is to ensure that businesses at every stage of growth can access the expertise, data, and connections they need to thrive.

This role sits within the SME Delivery Team, which leads on implementing the City Corporation’s SME Strategy and works closely with partners across the organisation and beyond. The postholder will be based within the Small Business Research + Enterprise Centre (SBREC), a key access point for business support services. SBREC provides free business information, advice, and events to entrepreneurs and SMEs, and plays a vital role in connecting small businesses to the City Corporation’s wider programmes and opportunities.

A key part of this role will be the management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and collaboration across the team. You’ll work closely with colleagues to maintain up-to-date stakeholder information and support the coordination of projects and partnerships.
