Salary: £42,750 - £47,620 inclusive of all allowances
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week

Basis: Full Time - 12 months FTC

Culture, Engagement and Wellbeing Advisor

The City of London Corporation is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Culture, Engagement and Wellbeing Advisor to play a key role in embedding culture, wellbeing, and engagement into everything we do. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by shaping initiatives that support our diverse workforce and ensure a consistent, inclusive and healthy employee experience. 

 

Working as part of our Organisational Development team, you will lead the design and delivery of wellbeing and engagement strategies, develop support networks such as Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Ambassadors, and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to create an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and respect. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

 

  • Developing and delivering wellbeing and engagement programmes 

  • Managing the Organisations staff survey 

  • Coordinating and supporting the MHFA and Wellbeing Ambassador networks 

  • Managing project and administrative tasks for the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) function 

  • Providing expert advice on HR procedures related to culture and wellbeing 

  • Monitoring and evaluating engagement metrics to inform future initiatives 

  • Drafting internal communications to promote wellbeing and engagement activities 

 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

 

  • Associate-level CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) 

  • Knowledge of legislation and best practices around wellbeing 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Proven experience delivering wellbeing or engagement programmes 

  • Strong project coordination and administration skills
