Salary: £59,060 - £66,670 per annum inclusive of all allowances. In addition, this post also attracts a Market Forces Supplement of £7,000 per annum. The Market Forces Supplement is discretionary and may be withdrawn, reduced or increased during the future.
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week

Hybrid – you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.
The Investment Property Group is responsible for managing the City of London Corporation’s high-performing commercial property funds.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RICS-qualified Asset Manager to assist the Investment Property Group with maximising income and total return to achieve the City’s financial targets.
This role comes with responsibility for driving the performance of an office, industrial and retail portfolio comprising multi-let, FRI and ground lease assets in central London.
Candidates will therefore need to able to demonstrate experience in both the central London commercial property market and asset management more broadly.
