Salary: £68,300 - £77,400 per annum inclusive of London Weighting. In addition, this post also attracts a Market Forces Supplement of up to £3,380 per annum.
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week.

The City of London’s Barbican Estate Property Services Team manages 2,000 leasehold flats within the Barbican Estate. Our leaseholders are at the heart of everything we do, as we strive to effectively manage, maintain, and improve the Barbican Estate as a Grade II listed estate.
We have an ambitious programme of renewal, modernisation and refurbishment for the Barbican Estate over the next 30 years. The refurbishment works to the estate include works to the building fabric, building services and public realm projects.
We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic and client-side Senior Principal Project Managers to work as part of a team with responsibility for supporting client-side governance, contract management, and working effectively with consultants and contractors.
The successful candidates will have Project Management skills together with knowledge and experience of supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects and major works. You will also have excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
Aside from your professional skills, being customer focused and having the right attitude, drive and enthusiasm are also key ingredients for these roles.
