About the role
The City of London Corporation is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to act as our technical lead and subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of Dynamics 365 and PowerApps solutions across the organisation. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help drive innovation, improve digital services and ensure these strategic platforms deliver maximum value for the City.
You will provide day-to-day technical leadership and third-line support, identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions, and contribute to new digital projects aligned with the City’s IT strategy. You will also play a key role in sharing knowledge and developing capability across the wider IT team.
Key responsibilities

Act as technical lead and subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 and PowerApps

Design, develop, enhance and support Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions

Contribute to the roadmap and ongoing development of M365 services

Provide third-line support, system administration and release management

Lead delivery within projects and manage external suppliers where required

Ensure appropriate security, licensing, documentation and governance
About you
You will have significant experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in a complex organisation, with strong technical and stakeholder management skills.
Essential skills and experience

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 / CRM and PowerApps

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft 365
-
C#, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS

Permissions, security roles and licensing management

Excellent communication and supplier management skills
Knowledge of Azure, PowerShell, DevOps and cloud technologies is desirable.
Occasional out-of-hours work may be required.
