We’re now looking for a talented Digital Content Creator to help bring our work, impact and values to life across our digital channels.
The Role
As our Digital Content Creator, you’ll lead the planning, creation and delivery of digital-first content and campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Communications, you will ensure that our strategic priorities are translated into impactful digital content that resonates with our audiences.
You’ll own our social media presence across platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Bluesky, shaping the voice and identity of the Foundation online. You’ll also create highquality multimedia content from photography and graphics to short-form video ensuring consistency with our tone of voice and visual identity.
This is a genuinely varied, hands-on and creative role where you’ll combine content production with digital strategy, audience insight and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the Foundation’s social media presence across all channels.

Plan, schedule and publish engaging content that reflects our voice, mission and priorities.

Monitor engagement and manage online communities, ensuring we respond proactively and inclusively.

Analyse performance, set KPIs and use insights to improve effectiveness.

Create high-quality multimedia content, including photography, graphics and short videos.

Support the design and delivery of digital-first campaigns and initiatives.

Maintain our always-on content calendar, balancing planned campaigns and reactive opportunities.

Provide expert content advice to colleagues and collaborate with funded partners and external agencies.

Uphold strong governance, brand consistency and accessibility standards across all digital output.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident managing digital content from concept through to delivery.
You will bring:

Demonstrable experience creating digital content across multiple channels.

Strong editorial judgement and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

A solid understanding of social media analytics and audience insights.

Technical proficiency in photography, video creation and editing tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and respond to fast-paced demands.

A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
A degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience — is desirable.
