The role
As part of our ongoing technology investment, we are looking to recruit a Business Analysis Team Lead to work with our Head of Project Delivery to define and deliver a varied portfolio of digital and technology projects, including software and infrastructure.
You will lead and develop the business analysis function within the PMO, championing best practice approaches to improve quality, consistency and delivery standards across the function.
This role will support delivery of key corporate programmes and digital transformation initiatives, operating as a senior business analyst on high profile projects, and providing line management and leadership to the business analysis team.
You will need to develop strong relationships with contacts across the Digital, Information and Technology Service, as well as key external stakeholders, and be accountable for the successful delivery of user requirements, end to end process improvement, and the definition and realisation of benefits.
This role will also focus on the continuous improvement of the business analysis approach as part of the overall project delivery framework, working closely with the Head of Project Delivery to improve the maturity of the function.
About you
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some analysis experience that is looking to step up into a bigger environment, and gain experience in delivering technology-based projects of different scale and complexity, whilst leading a team of analysts.
The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be comfortable being highly visible, solving complex problems, and working across diverse stakeholder groups.
This role is accountable for the delivery and quality of the analysis function, working on challenging, wide-ranging technology projects in a complex environment.
Aside from your experience and skills, we’re looking for a self-motivated, dynamic professionals who can lead our projects and lead our project teams to deliver for our most important stakeholders.
This role requires a NPPV 3 (Non police personnel) and SC Clearance (security check) Vetting check.
