Salary: £35,310 - £39,380  

 

Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week 

 

Hours of Work/Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.  

 

Basis: Full -Time, Permanent

We currently have two vacancies for a Bereavement Services Officer role at the City of London Cemetery & Crematorium main office, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.50pm.  

To be successful for this role, you should be able to demonstrate good level of written and verbal skills when communicating with your colleagues and the public. You should have proven administrative skills, clear handwriting and be capable of carrying out work to a high level of accuracy. Teamwork and a very good working knowledge of I.T. systems are essential. 

Experience of working in the bereavement industry would be an advantage; however, is not essential as training will be provided.  

Candidates must hold a full UK driving license as you will be required to transport members of the public around the grounds using a minibus during appointments. 

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process the successful applicant will be required to obtain a Standard Disclosure & Barring Service check.
